How to get to Triopetra. From Rethymno town, follow the road to the southern village of Agia Galini. Turn left towards the village of Akoumia. Drive through the village Akoumia and then follow the only road (about 12km) to reach Triopetra beach. There are a few signs all along the road, but be careful in order not to lose your way.

Triopetra Beach is situated on the South shoreline of Crete, 32 miles (51.5 km) south of Rethymno and 8 miles southeast of the Akoumia village, at the base of the Siderotas mountain.
